Evergreen Cleaning Services is listed as an approved vendor on NEA website. We provide accountability and reliability by adhering strictly with all NEA guidelines & advisory.

 

We only deploy cleaners that have attended environmental cleaning courses required by NEA to conduct cleaning services for commercial and residential projects.

 

The market is filled with all kinds of cleaning products, so choosing an incorrect one becomes easier and easier. The products that were effective years ago might not work well for our current context. They can also be hazardous for children and pets.

COMMERCIAL CLEANING

  • Offices & Shop Houses – Cater specialised requirements like deep cleaning of vinyl/timber/carpets and disinfecting services.

FLOOR DEEP CLEANING

The term “deep clean” is used in lots of cleaning products and services, but it can be confusing to know what exactly it means. Regular cleaning is done to maintain a visible level of cleanliness. This type of cleaning is done on a surface level to remove visible dust or dirt.

Deep cleaning, however, is a heavier, more focused cleaning that goes beyond the surface level and emphasizes loosening and removing heavy dirt, grime, dust, and hazardous microorganisms that regular cleaning fail to achieve.

Vinyl Floor Cleaning

Deep cleaning vinyl helps to remove dirt and grime that are stuck on the vinyl grains. The deep clean helps to remove any build-up that's not removed by regular sweeping and mopping.

Timber Floor Cleaning

Deep cleaning wood floors removes dirt and grime that regular cleaning may leave behind. Dirt, dust and allergens can get into seams and crevices of wood floors.

Tiles Cleaning

Deep cleaning vinyl helps to remove stubborn stains and dirt that are stuck on the grouts. Deep clean can remove any build up on grout, containing grime and mold that are hard to remove.

Carpet Cleaning

Vacuuming alone is not enough to remove the dust and allergens caught beneath the carpet fibers. We deep clean the carpet by steam cleaning to extract those dust mites and stains.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Steam cleaning is recommended by NEA for cleaning delicate upholstery, fabric furniture,  sanitize a mattress, or removing stubborn grease. It is chemical free and non hazardous to children & pets!


Steam cleaning not only removes embedded stains, grease, and dirt, it also sanitizes all surfaces, removes allergens, kills bacteria, mold, viruses, dust mites, bedbugs, and most pathogens.

DISINFECTION AND ANTIMICROBIAL COATING

Our disinfectants and antimicrobial are included in NEA’s list of disinfectants and self-disinfecting surface coating products against COVID-19. All our cleaning products and their working concentrations are 99.99% effective against COVID-19.


They have undergone 3rd party lab testing with certifications to show their effectiveness. Our products are children and pets safe as they are water-based, non-toxic and alcohol-free. We are also proud to announce that the products we using are all products of Singapore!
