From wiping down interiors of cabinets (if emptied), to cleaning appliances, floors, windows, and bathrooms, our team ensures a smooth, stress-free transition.

All Areas

Wipe Clean All

  • Surface of electrical points, exterior lights, light covers, aircons & fans

  • Windows interior, grilles and frames
    **Exterior only where accessible

  • Cabinets exterior & interior
    **Interior only if emptied by clients before cleaning

  • Gates, Main doors & doors

Vacuum & Mop

  • Floor with disinfectant
    **Grout lines with best effort only

Dry Dusting

  • Wall, ceiling & cornices
    **No wet/damp wipes to prevent damage to wall paint

(Including Living Room, Bedrooms, Balcony, Bomb Shelters, Utility Rooms)

Kitchen & Service Yard

Wipe Clean All

  • Countertops, backsplash, wall tiles, hanger Rack, dish rack, kitchen appliances exterior

Wash & Disinfect

  • Sink, basin, hood, cooker hobs & degreasing of stove

Bathrooms

Wipe Clean All

  • Shower screens, mirrors & wall tiles

Wash & Disinfect

  • Bathroom floor
    **Grout lines with best effort only

  • Sanitary wares, vanity top & bathtub

What's Included

  • Bring our own cleaning supplies & tools, with no. of cleaners depending on size of space

  • Conduct inspections for defects before cleaning
    **Owners to be notified at the quickest possible time

  • All cleaning works will be carried out to our best abilities and to reachable limits

  • Time needed is subjected to  condition of unit (approx. 6-8 hours)

  • Price quoted is flat fee
    **No hidden costs, no deposits, no weekend surcharge

What's NOT Included

  • Promise 100% stain removal
    **Due to ageing, discoloration and nature of stains

  • Ensure old items will look brand new when cleaned
    **Old items can be cleaned but not restored

  • Be held liable for any damages to furniture if they are required to be moved during cleaning

  • Renovations, installations & furniture delivery during cleaning
    **Will incur additional charges

  • Move heavy furniture to avoid injuries/damages
    **Our cleaners are not trained to do heavy liftings

Please Note

  • If required disposal of large and bulky items, subjected to extra charges and to inform in advance.

  • For Condos that have noise regulation or works timing, please liase with your own management and to inform in advance.

Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the rights to not proceed on with the cleaning if we deem its not according to our T&Cs
