Time needed is subjected to condition of unit (approx. 6-8 hours)

What's NOT Included

Promise 100% stain removal
**Due to ageing, discoloration and nature of stains -
Ensure old items will look brand new when cleaned
**Old items can be cleaned but not restored -
Be held liable for any damages to furniture if they are required to be moved during cleaning

Renovations, installations & furniture delivery during cleaning
**Will incur additional charges -
Move heavy furniture to avoid injuries/damages
**Our cleaners are not trained to do heavy liftings

If required disposal of large and bulky items, subjected to extra charges and to inform in advance.

For Condos that have noise regulation or works timing, please liase with your own management and to inform in advance.
